Apple's new $600 iPhone 17e has been met with criticism from tech fans, with some branding it a "robbery" that appears identical to its predecessors. The phone features twice as much storage as the 16E, but costs the exact same price of $599. However, many Apple users claimed that the budget device didn't offer much bang for their buck. The A19 chip, which was touted as offering a significant performance boost compared to its predecessor's A18, also features a limited uni-lens camera and a 60Hz refresh rate. Critics also noted that the display only has a 60 HZ refresh rate, falling short of the current 120 HZ standard. However some users were unimpressed with the design and camera upgrades, while others praised the device's budget-friendly price and pink hue.
