A 42-year-old man from South Euclid, Ohio, who has four previous OVI convictions since 2009, is facing a fifth felony charge after police found his heavily damaged car and found a half-mile scrape mark in the pavement. The driver showed signs of impairment during field sobriety tests and refused an Intoxilizer breath test at the Geauga County jail. The case was subsequently forwarded to Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court as a fourth-degree felony.
