Costco is recalling some of its meatloaf with mashed potatoes and glaze meals due to potential salmonella contamination. The meals were sold at stores in several states, including California. An ingredient supplier, Griffith Foods Inc., has recalled an ingredient used in the meatlaf. The recalled meals are labeled with sell-by dates between March 5, 2026, and March 16, 2019.
