A 19-year-old male inmate from the Elmwood Correctional Facility in Milpitas, California, died after suffering a medical emergency. The man was found unconscious around 11:35 p.m. Saturday and began breathing with several doses of Narcan, a drug that rapidly reverses opioid overdoses, given.
