Amanda Bratton, 46, and her now husband, Gary Bratton III, were engaged on a Carnival Breeze cruise in 2017 when a cruise worker accidentally celebrated their engagement before the proposal. A video posted on TikTok shows the exact moment the incident occurred. The video, which has been viewed 2 million times, was viewed by thousands of strangers in the comment section of the viral video. Bratton believes that the incident was a memorable moment and that her husband handled it well.
