Driver during 2022 murder gets 5 years after charge reduced

Rachel Ramona Rivota, the driver of the car involved in the murder of Christopher Ryan Correa in 2022, has been sentenced to five years in prison after her charge was reduced to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Correa was shot to death outside the 10-4 Oyster Bar on Pellicano Drive. Co-defendant Alexander Diaz was sentenced to 50 years for his role in the case.
