Father-of-two Phil James is embarking on a three-year cycle challenge to celebrate his anniversary of drinking. The challenge is part of a series of extreme cycling expeditions, which he has previously participated in to raise money for mental health charities and show people experiencing mental health crisis there is still hope. The journey will take place from the sea to the summit of Mount Fuji, which is the equivalent of a marathon.
