Lisa Kudrow, the actress and cast member of Friends, has revealed that the show still generates around $20 million per year in residuals when it is re-aired. The revelation came in an interview with The Times, where Lisa suggested that the cast may be partially due to the popularity of Phoebe Buffay and Matthew Perry's performance as Chandler Bing. Despite some issues behind the scenes, the cast managed to rise from $22,500 per episode to $1 million per episode during seasons nine and 10. Lisa credits her success to the show's creator, Matthew Perry, for bringing his signature brand of humor to the small screen.
