A 14-year-old girl was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Homewood, Illinois. The driver of a grey Chevy Equinox veered off the roadway and hit a black Buick Park Avenue and a black Nissan Rogue, killing the driver. He fled on foot but was apprehended by police. The other two victims were treated for minor injuries. It is unclear what charges the driver of the Chevy could face.
