One dead, one arrested following Nogales shooting

The Nogales Police Department has reported that a man is dead and another is in custody following a shooting incident. The incident occurred on the 2200 Block of North Monte Carlo Place, where officers found a man already dead from obvious injuries. The man was arrested and transported to the Santa Cruz County Adult Detention Center.
