Andover students shadow healthcare workers to explore medical careers

High school students in Andover, Kansas, had the opportunity to shadow healthcare workers to learn about their future in the medical field. The Center for Advanced Professional Studies program partnered with Ascension Via Christi to encourage students to consider the medical profession. The program also aims to increase interest in healthcare and address the shortage of medical professionals in Kansas. Students, Corban Marshall and Katelyn Kice, said the experience was invaluable and their message to other students interested in medical careers.
