Nua Mitaj, 33, of New Rochelle, will face three felony charges related to a December 2024 rape in a Westchester hotel room, according to the Westchester County District Attorney. Prosecutors allege that Mitaj forcibly raped the victim despite her protests. The case is being prosecuted by the Sex Crimes and Human Trafficking Bureau Chief Michelle Lopez.
