The South Carolina Department of Public Health has launched a new online portal for reporting issues at licensed health care facilities. The portal covers a wide range of facilities, including nursing homes, dialysis centers, home health agencies, and tattoo and body piercing studios. The goal is to streamline the process, increase investigations and improve safety and quality of care across the state.
