A 15-year-old boy is facing murder charges for allegedly stabbing another teenager to death on the campus of Ohio State University. The alleged attacker, identified as Guilliani "Gio" Olguin Jacinto, allegedly brandished a knife and stabbed him in the chest. Both the suspect and victim were not affiliated with the university. The stabbing marks the first homicide on Ohio State's campus since 2010. The teen's defense attorney claims the stabbing was self-defense and video footage shows his client being attacked before the knifing.
