Chiba Prefectural Police have arrested a 47-year-old Funabashi City official, Keisuke Narisawa, for allegedly exposing his lower body to a young woman on a train station platform. The incident occurred at JR Moto-Yawata Station in Ichikawa City shortly before 6:00 a.m. on August 1. During questioning, Narisaw denied the allegations, stating he was sleeping and had no memory of the incident. The victim was reportedly looking at her mobile phone when Nariswa initiated the act.
