TSA agents are set to receive their paychecks starting Monday, despite the partial government shutdown continuing. This comes after President Donald Trump signed an executive order allowing for back pay. Since the shutdown began on Feb. 14, over 500 of the remaining TSA agents have left and thousands have called out. This has led to long security lines at airports across the country. Depending on how quickly agents receive pay, the lines could remain depending on how many return. It is unclear how long DHS will be able to pay TSA workers if Congress fails to fully fund the agency for the rest of the fiscal year.
