‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ Star Maya Erskine To Direct Teen Comedy From A24 And Fruit Tree

Mayana Erskine, known for her role in the film "Mr. & Mrs. Smith", is set to make her directing debut on an untitled A24 Teen Comedy from writer Morgan Lehmann. The film is being produced by Fruit Tree's Emma Stone, Dave McCary and Ali Herting, along with Ley Line Entertainment's Tim Headington and Theresa Steele Page. The project is a high priority for A24 and Fruit Tree after they secured the spec following a heated bidding war.
