Bruce Springsteen has spoken out against President Donald Trump in a scathing tour opener, accusing him of a corrupt, incompetent, racist, reckless and treasonous administration. He called on the crowd to choose "resistance over complacency, unity over division, and peace over war." Later in the show, Springsteen accused Trump of turning the United States into a "reckless, unpredictable, predatory rogue nation" and waging an "unconstitutional and illegal war," for abandoning NATO, threatening neighbors and allies. The concert was attended by Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello and nearly three hours long.
