Police are asking for witnesses who saw Keiser that night or witnessed suspicious activity in the area. The suspect's vehicle is described as a small, car-colored 4-door sedan with a single red-light bar across the trunk connecting the two taillights. San Diego County Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in Keiser's murder.
