Free car washes for Houston's dirtiest car

A Houston-area car wash chain, Ocean Express, is offering free car washes to the owner of the region's dirtiest car for a year. The winner will be announced on National Car Wash Day. To enter, post a photo of the car on Instagram and tag Ocean Express. The prize will be free "The Works" washes at any of the chain's locations in Houston's suburbs. The criteria for the winner is not specified, but it is open to the judging panel's interpretation.
