A proposed House Resolution, H.R. 3385, would change the definition of three-wheeled autocycles to no longer be classified as motorcycles or a car. This could create a challenging issue for vehicle registration. The bill defines a motorcycle as a vehicle with a seat or saddle, with no more than three wheels, and steered by a handlebar. However, this could result in a shortage of vehicles registered as cars.
