Members of the Wallingford Police Department's Crime Suppression Unit stopped a suspected narcotics transaction near South Curtis Street and Yale Avenue, leading to arrests of 60-year-old Kimberlee Russo, 28-year old Elijah Lebron, and two other passengers. The investigation led to the seizure of narcotics, controlled substances, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Both men were charged with possessing a dangerous weapon, illegal possession of a weapon in a vehicle, and possession of an array of substances.
