Anchorage Wolverines reflect after season ends in overtime heartbreak

The Anchorage Wolverines ended their season with a 3-2 loss to the Minnesota Wilderness team in overtime. The Wolverines had been struggling, failing to score in their previous two games and were down 2-0 in the first two periods. However, they managed to force overtime with a last-second goal in regulation. Despite a strong effort from forward Cole Frawner, a lapse in their defense cost them dearly in the game's final moments. Head coach Mike Aikens was pleased with his team's efforts and plans to continue playing in college.
