Two people were killed and 14 injured in a mass shooting at a bar in Austin, Texas, which the FBI labelled a "potential nexus to terrorism". The shooter, Ndiaga Diagne, was identified as a Senegalese man who came to the US in 2006 and became a naturalized citizen. He was shot and killed by police officers soon after the attack.
