The Oklahoma and Oklahoma State women's basketball teams are dancing after Selection Sunday, with both teams selected for the Sacramento 4 Region in the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship and will host regional games at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman. The Oklahoma men's basketball team has been left out of the NCAA Tournament, despite playing in what is considered the toughest conference in the country.
