The Supreme Court's final arguments have concluded, with the justices entering their May writing period, where they will draft up decisions and dissent while preparing for the release of several major rulings. The court is expected to make decisions before July Fourth, when they take a several-month break. One of the biggest cases before the justices is regarding President Donald Trump's attempt to end birthright citizenship, which he signed an executive order challenging the long-standing interpretation of the Constitution that grants citizenship to almost all children born in the United States. Other big decisions include upholding state bans on transgender athletes playing on women’s and girls sports teams.
