A state police sergeant, Scott Quigley, has been indicted on a felony motor vehicle homicide charge for allegedly driving drunk and negligent when he crashed his unmarked cruiser into a van head-on in 2023. The victim, a 37-year-old man with disabilities, died a month after the crash. The defense attorney for the crash, who also investigated the case, fears that this could impact his client's case.
