Andrew Wingard agrees to sign with Cardinals

Safety Andrew Wingard has agreed to a one-year deal worth $3 million with incentives that could reach up to $4 million. The move follows a seven-year career with the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he was a reserve for most of his career.
