A 25-year-old man has been charged with murder in relation to the death of a mother of three who was found overdosed outside her home in Bacliff, Texas in January. The Galveston County Sheriff's Office found 37-year old Amanda Tsipai, who was pronounced dead at the scene, with a high level of fentanyl in her system. An investigation through Tsipati's cellphone data and surveillance revealed a suspect, 25-years-old Dishod Rowe. The sheriff's office has warned that those who traffic fentanyl will be aggressively investigated.
