Blank Street pours a deal, Intel buys out Apollo, and Franklin Templeton's crypto buy

The news comes as Blank Street Coffee is set to raise at least $100m at a $1b valuation, while Intel (INTC) will acquire the 49% it doesn't own in an Irish fab JV from Apollo for $14.2b. Other notable deals include Cognichip raising $60m, Monarch Quantum raising $55m, Manna Air Delivery raising $50m, and Linx Security raising funds for its identity security and governance company, an identity security company in NYC, and Mannair Delivery raising funds from ARK Invest, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, Schooner Capital, Coca-Cola HBC, and Molten Ventures. Franklin Templeton has agreed to acquire 250 Digital, a crypto investment firm, using BENJI tokens. The deal will be paid in part using shares of its blockchain-based mutual fund. Other deals include investments in defense tech startups GALT Aerospace, TippingPoint Biosciences, Cook & Boardman Group, Galt Aerospace, and Gaia Tech, and Paine Schwartz Partners.
