Billy Idol's documentary, "Billy Idol Should Be Dead," is set to premiere on Hulu on March 26. The nearly two-hour retrospective of the rock star, who survived excessive drug use and a motorcycle accident, explores his past and current roles as a grandfather. The film, which includes vintage footage and interviews, explores aspects of Idol's life not caught on camera, including personal artifacts such as gruesome hospital photos following his 1990 accident. Idol also discusses his current role as a father and grandfather with a new song, "Dying to Live," which closes the film with a poignant song written by Idol. The documentary also features artists such as Pete Townshend and John Taylor of Duran Duran. Idol discusses his relationship with Boy George and his mother, who died in 2020.
