A federal judge has denied a cyberstalking injunction against celebrity gossip blogger Milagro Gramz, stating that it would infringe on Megan Thee Stallion's First Amendment rights. The decision comes after Megan won $59,000 in damages in a November jury trial against Gramz for defaming her. However, Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga stated that "vulgar" and "insulting" statements were not enough to warrant a court order banning speech.
