Woman Arrested After 2-Year-Old Kidnapped, Man Killed in Mexicali Attack

A woman has been arrested in connection with a kidnapping and shooting incident in which one person was killed. The incident resulted in an AMBER Alert. The woman only provided her first name as required by Mexican law. The child was found in good condition. No other arrests have been made.
