A man accused of setting a fire in a Southern California warehouse could face hate crime charges for attacking America's capitalist values, according to a federal prosector. In-N-Out has grown to nearly 100 locations in just six years and is known for its TikTok-friendly drinks. The Berkeley branch of the same name, however, has closed its flagship store in 2023 after the purchase of the building it was located in was purchased.
