Molly Lambert, a 22-year-old woman from Manchester, England, was diagnosed with a rare form of OCD, P-OCD, which explains her constant sexual and violent thoughts about children. She had been struggling with anxiety and panic attacks throughout her life, and felt like a danger to her friends and family. Despite learning about the disorder online, Lambert kept her thoughts a secret and kept them hidden for years. She was formally diagnosed with POCD in 2025. Despite receiving help, Lambert still struggles with navigating the condition and believes that speaking about it has helped her connect with others and help remove stigma and help others.
