NJ court rules public schools can be held liable for sexual assault

The New Jersey Supreme Court has ruled that public schools can be held accountable for acts of sexual abuse outside of their doors. The ruling, which was unanimously voted No. 1, was made in a 6-0 decision. The decision was made after four alleged incidents were brought to light.
