Pueblo police have arrested 33-year-old Adrian Pacheco in relation to the New Years Eve murder of Daniel Smith. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of East 14th Street, near North La Crosse Avenue. Pchecheco has previously been charged with first-degree murder for a shooting at a Fort Collins apartment.
