J.K. Dobbins, the Denver Broncos running back, has reportedly agreed to a new contract with the team in free agency. This follows his previous statements expressing his desire to stay with the Broncos and praised their ownership, including owner Greg Penner, coach Sean Payton, running backs coach Lou Ayeni, and defensive coordinator Vance Joseph. Despite a foot injury ending his season in Week 10 and likely exceeding 1,000 yards in rushing yards in his first year at Denver, he was productive with 772 yards and four rushing touchdowns on 5.0 yards per carry. The question is whether Doggins can maintain his health, as he missed the 2021 season and is still just 27 years old and has averaged 5.2 yards per carried throughout his career.
