Robert Lirot, a 69-year-old member of the community, has been charged with two counts of aggravated DUI, DUI - BAC.08 or More, DUI –Drugs, DUI- Combination of Alcohol and Drugs, and Driving While License Revoked. The incident occurred at 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday night at the time of the alleged accident. Lrot allegedly consumed prescription medication prior to driving and was taken into custody without incident. No other injuries were reported.
