The arrest of Kelyanna Dijnae Windom, a woman from Wichita, has been made over a month after a deadly shooting occurred on Feb. 7. The incident occurred in the 3900 block of East 13th Street, where two men were shot and later pronounced dead at a local hospital. The initial investigation was inconclusive as to whether the men were at a business at the time of the incident.
