Renovation is complete at St. Joseph Catholic Church's Youth Athletic Facility in Shawnee, Kansas. The church has partnered with one of the largest competitive youth soccer clubs in Kansas City, Sporting Kansas City. The facility will be used to train athletes and serve as a community athletic field. The upgrades include a turf field, a three-lane track, a new sound system, updated lighting and a video scoreboard. The project is part of a larger project, including renovating the Early Education Center.
