Hartford police have arrested 40-year-old Kijuan Terrell, who had an active warrant and a history of violent crime, for possession of a firearm. Police also recovered a Smith & Wesson.38 Special with an obliterated serial number and around 105 sleeves of fentanyl. Terrell is charged with numerous counts including carrying a pistol without a permit, having a firearm with an obscured serial number, possessing narcotics and intending to sell.
