The Visalia Police Department is seeking the help of a 77-year-old man with dementia who was last seen late Friday morning. The man, who is considered at-risk due to dementia and may be without his medication, is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 130 pounds. He was wearing a red and gray sweatshirt, dark-wash jeans, and shoes.
