Former executive for Curtis Jackson, known as "50 Cent," has sued him for what she alleges is a "years-long campaign of retaliation" that matches his public vendetta-focused persona. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, alleges that Jackson harassed, threatened and ultimately fired Monique Mayers when she refused to participate in illegal behavior. Mayers, who worked for Jackson in 2007, was the "operational backbone" behind G-Unit Records, Sire Touring, G-unit Film & Television and Sire Spirits. She claims she was fired in March 2019 after failing to help him conceal his wealth and was not given a cause or severance. The complaint details a pattern of conduct designed to intimidate, punish, and silence those who refuse to comply with Jackson's demands.
