Wendy Bliss-Highfell adopted a mini schnauzer dog, Freya, during the COVID lockdowns of 2020. She found Freya missing last week and has been tirelessly searching for her since, including placing flyers on telephone poles and online social media sites. However, after receiving a positive news about Freya's whereabouts, a fraudulent person requested half of the reward for its return.
