The Southbury Police Department has announced a routine enforcement checkpoint, starting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, and ending at 1am. The checkpoint is part of the department's commitment to reducing impaired driving and enhancing roadway safety. It is funded by a grant from the Connecticut Department of Transportation's O.
