Child struck by car on slippery roads near Dublin Schools

A child walking to school was hit by a car on Tuesday morning, causing it to become difficult for the driver to brake. The child was taken to Nationwide Children's Hospital and is said to be in a stable condition. The incident occurred just before 8 a.m.
