Sheboygan man killed after being hit by semi on I-43

A man was killed by a semi on Interstate 43 in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, on Sunday afternoon. The crash occurred shortly before 4:15 p.m. The driver of a Ford Explorer had pulled over and got out of his vehicle when he was hit by the semi.
