Jackson made a significant contribution to the pro-Trump MAGA Inc. super PAC on Dec. 10, eight weeks before launching his campaign. The move could potentially influence the endorsement of another Republican in the race, Lt. Burt Jones, who helped Trump's unsuccessful bid to overturn his 2020 election defeat in Georgia. Jackson's team denies allegations that Jackson is trying to buy Trump's support. So far, Jackson's cash hasn't significantly impacted the support of Jones.
