Polarizing QB Diego Pavia isn’t hiring an agent before NFL Draft

Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia has stated he is "representing himself" ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft. Pavia previously negotiated his return to Vanderbilt this season and stated he didn't believe it was fair that someone would represent him and take five to 10 percent of his contract. However, NFL agents are capped at three percent of a player's contract, not the five to ten percent figure Pavia floated. He also provided some insights about his negotiations to return to the school. Despite this success, there are concerns about his viability at the next level due to his size and his family's involvement in the football team.
